It's a long road to finding a home to purchase. And one of the scariest things is that you could fall in love with a home, make a bid, and it could be rejected by the sellers. This is definitely an experience that every homebuyer wants to avoid. Here are some tips that should help you get that home of your dreams.

Check out the comparables before making your bid. When you're looking for properties with your local or Edmonton real estate agents they will be able to present you with statistics of what recent home sales have closed for with similar properties in that neighborhood. This will tell you what condition the local market is in and will give you an idea of what the sellers are expecting for their home.
